Although I have been buried under reviews for quite some time, life still rolls along. Three major events have occurred since the beginning of the year:
1. One of my favorite people in the world died.
My dear Grandmother-in-law, one of the most wonderful christian ladies I have ever known, went to be with the Lord in February. We miss her so very much!
I won't write anymore about her now, since she deserves to be more than a point on a list! Soon I'll write a post entirely devoted to her and the excellent things she taught me.
2. We went to Australia!
It had been almost 4 years since our last trip. We had a great time and kept very busy. It was nice to hang out with my family...even though it made me miss them all the more.
3. We are having another baby!
While visiting my family in Australia, we found out the I was expecting. This was very much hoped for and appreciated. It was a delight to find out while in Australia since I had my sister with me and she is pregnant with her first child right now. We are the only kids, so I think it was a funny thing for our parents to have us both there and both pregnant.
